3rd assignment

Hello, once again nice to meet you. Today I am going to write a reflective essay. Between two video 'Spring' and 'What adults can learn from kids', I chose 'Spring' because I think spring thinks more about the animals. I will first introduce this video first. Little monk ties a rock to fish, frog, and smake. Old monk saw that and did the same thing to the little monk. He tied a rock to the little monk. Little monk knew and went to untie it but ftrog was the only creature alive. I think this video's lesson is 'animals feel same as humans.' Let's talk more about this.

It I was little monk, at first it will be fun to tie animals. But I will never do this. Little monk doesn't know the feeling of animals. Well I know! I know how they feel if I do well or bad for them. Why? Because we' re same. Actually we're part of animal and I owned animals too. However, little monk knew that he did the wrong thing. I will be really sorry and feel bad and also mad at myself. If I didn't tie them and just watch them, this would not have happened It's much better that little monk knew him and from this, I will never ever try it at all. There was a similar situation with this video during my life. One boy was killung the ants. He stepped on them amd cut them. He did really nasty things. His father knew this and  when he came back home, he was really mad at him. "Didn't you know ants have feeling! What will you do if you were an ant! Never ever do this again." So he didin;t kill ants again. Even until now.

I n conclusion, Between this video 'Spring' and from ant killing boy, I really knew what
the lesson was. When you do bad thing to something like creatures you will be very sorry for them. I will never forget this lesson and live in a right way.

This is the video 'Spring'

For plus! There is 'What adults can learn from kids'

See you~!!

  1. Yours was a very concise essay. You did provide every necessary factor, so that is good. I think, though, the video was saying something more than just 'When you do bad thing to something like creatures you will be very sorry for them.' I want you to go a bit further. Ask yourself more questions. Wasn't the boy forced to feel sorry for the animals? So do you think that he was truly sorry, or was he just trying to avoid punishment? Are humans and animals really the same? Then shouldn't we stop eating manufactured meat, use animals for profit, etc etc? So why do humans have the duty to protect the animals?

  2. Sophie makes some excellent points for you to think about. The tone of your essay is goos but try to think more about the lesson you should learn. You also need to work on the conclusion, it is too short and needs a summary of your essay in it.
